Leadership

Kiril has 15 years of leadership experience in technology, marketing & operations across business and consumer services including Commercial Real Estate, AEC, and Media.  He has deep expertise building technology and marketing teams and products across multiple industries. Most recently, Kiril was Head of Technology and Marketing at New York Multifamily where he oversaw the marketing, technology, and operations of over $4 Billion in investment sales, as well as several organizational restructurings.

Kiril co-founded The Vintner Project, a leading wine & spirits media company with the largest wine writing team in the industry and the largest social media reach of over 36 million accounts reached per year.  Prior to Vintner Project, Kiril oversaw strategy, marketing and technology at AEC firm Alan Margolin & Associates, and was a Media and Intellectual Property researcher at Columbia University's Columbia Institute for Tele-Information. Kiril was a language contractor for private intelligence firm Veracity Worldwide. Kiril began his career at management consulting firm Katzenbach Partners (acquired by Booz & Co).

Kiril holds a BA in History from the Weissman School of Arts & Sciences, Baruch College. He was born in Bulgaria, grew up in New York City, and now resides in Fairfield, Connecticut with his wife and three sons.
